Designed for complex cases or clients who require additional treatment time, this session allows for advanced rehabilitation progression, movement re-testing, combined treatment approaches, and more in-depth hands-on therapy when clinically appropriate. Recommended for multi-area injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, return-to-sport testing, or combined therapy sessions.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This includes missed appointments and same-day cancellations. Late cancellations prevent us from offering that appointment time to another client and directly impact our practitioners. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Block Booking & Treatment Packages- All block bookings and treatment packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Expiry periods are clearly communicated when purchasing. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited. All block bookings and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. Packages are intended to support structured rehabilitation and ongoing treatment progression and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in part. Appointments booked using a block session are still subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will result in the session being deducted from the remaining balance.
