Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice in order to cancel/reschedule you can do so without being charged for your classes. You can do this through the booking app. We have a 24 hour cancelation policy, so any changes or cancelations within this time period will still be charged and we would be unable to cancel/ provide the credit session back. Please call us on 07471685767 or email info@absportstherapyclinic.com You also agree to a personal waiver , unless we are told about any physical conditions or ilness then you agree to do so at your own agreement. We take no liability. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or block bookings. These are strictly non refundable. *Classes require a minimum of two attendees to run. If fewer than two are booked, we’ll contact you to rebook or credit your class*
