Welcome to AB Sports Therapy & Wellness Clinic. By using our website, booking services, and attending sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline important information about your responsibilities and our policies.

1. Appointments and Booking Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  • Initial Consultation: We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation for new clients. Please note that this is a one-time offer per client.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Classes: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes, including Reformer Pilates sessions. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid charges.

  • Appointments: For all other appointments, such as physiotherapy and sports therapy sessions, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within the stated cancellation periods or fail to attend your booked session, you will be charged the full session fee. You will also forfeit the scheduled session without a refund.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods. Payment for classes or appointments must be completed at the time of booking.

  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for late cancellations or no-shows. If you have a dispute or exceptional circumstance, please contact us to discuss.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

  • AB Sports Therapy & Wellness Clinic is committed to providing the highest level of care. However, results may vary between individuals, and the effectiveness of treatments cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any personal injuries, adverse reactions, or complications arising from services provided or products used during treatment.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

  • We take your privacy seriously and comply with the applicable data protection laws. Information collected during your visit, booking, or treatment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your information.
